Topic: Emergency Management Program

Abstract: Commitment to the prevention of emergencies, business interruption, and corporate crisis events is a critical element of effective safety management. Despite best efforts to identify hazards and manage risks, undesired events can still occur and we must remain continuously ready to respond. All organizations must be prepared to respond quickly and effectively to minimize injuries, effects on the environment, asset damage, and protect corporate reputation. This presentation will walk-through Saudi Aramco’s approach to emergency preparedness, incorporating program development, implementation, and lessons learned.
